As the Vice President of Technology, Thane Price works to enable a team of experienced software engineers, data engineers, quality professionals and leaders to achieve flow as they deliver health education solutions from Healthwise.
For most of his career, Thane has worked for large scientific institutions, helping them solve complex challenges through data analysis, business systems, project management, and other software solutions to create efficiencies. At Healthwise, he encourages teams to focus on data along with the best of technology research and out-of-the-box thinking to unleash Healthwise content and digital assets to empower people to better understand their own health.
Thane has earned several technology-related certifications over the years, including project management, ITIL Foundation and ITIL Expert, and Scrum Master. He holds a bachelor's degree in business information systems from Utah State University and a master’s degree in information systems from the University of Phoenix.
