Katrina McDaniel is the chief human resources officer, where she leads the company’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse, and motivated workforce. In this role, Katrina is responsible for human resources strategy and planning, staffing, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee wellness programs.
During her time at Healthwise, the company has received culture commendations and certifications from Great Place to Work, When Work Works, and the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights. Katrina has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Prior to joining Healthwise in 2002, she worked for Micron Electronics as a human resource manager responsible for recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
Katrina holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Human Resource Professional (PHR). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV).
